TR-90 eyewear material is a high-performance thermoplastic widely used in modern optical and sunglass frames due to its exceptional flexibility, durability, and lightweight comfort . Originally developed using advanced polymer technology, TR-90 is known for its ability to withstand daily wear while maintaining shape and structural integrity.

One of the most important features of TR-90 is its high flexibility and impact resistance . Frames made from TR-90 can bend under pressure and return to their original form without breaking, making them ideal for active lifestyles, sports eyewear, and everyday use. This flexibility also helps reduce damage from accidental drops or rough handling.

TR-90 is extremely lightweight , which significantly improves wearing comfort, especially during long hours of use. The reduced weight minimizes pressure on the nose and ears, making it suitable for prescription glasses, reading glasses, and children’s eyewear.
