Guide
Find your frame size
A frame that fits sits level on your nose, does not pinch behind the ears and keeps your eyes near the centre of each lens. The quickest way to get there is to start from a pair that already fits.
- Lens width
- The width of one lens at its widest point. Usually between 40 and 60 mm.
- Bridge width
- The gap between the two lenses, where the frame sits on your nose. Usually 14 to 24 mm.
- Temple length
- The length of the arm, from the hinge to the tip behind your ear. Usually 120 to 150 mm.

Check a pair you already own
Look on the inside of the temple arm or behind the bridge. You will find three numbers, such as 52 □ 18 140. These are lens width, bridge width and temple length, in millimetres.

No numbers? Measure them
Lay your glasses flat and use a ruler. Measure one lens at its widest, the gap between the lenses, and one arm from hinge to tip.
- 03
Match it to a frame
Each product page shows its frame size. Choose the size closest to the pair that already fits you well.
Still not sure?
Send us a photo of the numbers inside your current glasses, or ask for the exact measurements of any frame. We will check it for you.
